Cookie Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026 ยท Part of our Privacy Policy.
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with anyone.
Cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| fbsid | Identifies your session so you stay signed in between pages and so forms can be protected against forgery. Contains a random identifier only. | Essential | Until you sign out or the browser is closed; renewed on activity, expires after inactivity |
| pf_cookie_notice | Remembers that you have closed the cookie notice so it is not shown again. | Essential (preference) | 12 months |
We also store the same cookie-notice preference in your browser's local storage, and the send form keeps nothing in your browser once the fax is submitted.
Third parties
- Payment page. When you pay, you are taken to a checkout page operated by our payment processor. That page sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and to complete the payment, under the processor's privacy policy shown on the page. We receive no cookie data from it.
- Fonts and scripts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a script library from the jsDelivr content delivery network. These requests include your IP address and browser details as any web request does, but set no cookies.
- Content delivery. The site is served through Cloudflare, which may set a security cookie on its own domain only when it needs to tell a browser from an automated client.
Your choices
Because every other cookie we set is required for the site to function, there is nothing else to opt in to or out of. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but you will not be able to sign in, send a fax with an account, or submit forms while the session cookie is blocked. Guest faxes also need the session cookie for the duration of the checkout.
Changes
If we ever add optional cookies, such as analytics, we will update this page, ask for your consent before setting them, and let you withdraw it at any time.
