Pricing questions

One page of your document equals one fax page. A 3-page PDF uses 3 pages whether it is sent or received. Cover pages are not added unless you include one in your file.

Yes. Plan pages cover both directions. Pay-as-you-go accounts are charged $0.05 per received page when a number has been assigned.

Faxes keep flowing. Extra pages are billed at your plan's per-page rate from your prepaid balance, so keep a small balance topped up if you fax a lot.

Any time, from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and you keep your number until then.
